If possible, I would recommend avoiding Prestige for flower delivery. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, expecting them to arrive on her special day, but they were instead sent via Royal Mail and arrived the following day. Despite my clear instructions, customer service failed to understand the importance of the delivery date, reassuring me they’d arrive "the next day"—which rather defeats the purpose of a birthday delivery. Perhaps I should have asked my sister to delay her birthday by a day! The quality of the flowers was also disappointing; they were mediocre at best. When I raised my concerns, I was informed that a florist had reviewed the arrangement and deemed it satisfactory for what I had ordered. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will certainly advise others against using Prestige.

Our anniversary is today, my delivery date is today and it's not getting delivered today, specifically said my delivery date was today, so if you want something for you special occasion just go buy it yourself

Ordered the flowers with plenty of notice for a special birthday and for them to arrive on the day. Order confirmed, then to get an email the day before they were due to be delivered to say they would be a day late. Emailed and was told maybe there was a difficulty with finding the address! Eh no they just weren't sent in time. Extremely disappointed with the service and won't be using again

My son spent over £70 on a bunch of flowers for my special birthday I took photos and sent them in to your company showing flowers after 3 days,all mostly dead or heads drooping, all you offered him was a £10 voucher not even enough to purchase another bunch

I ordered some flowers for a colleague who has been unwell and her flowers were delivered to an unknown neighbour’s garden. She had been at home all day and at no point did the courier attempt to deliver to her address. When I contacted Prestige they said that it is the courier’s discretion to where they leave them!! This is ridiculous. What is the point of giving a delivery address? My friend had to go and knock on a number of her neighbours doors to try and find her flowers. The flowers were found hidden behind a garden ornament!! Why were they not delivered to the address that I requested?? Shocking customer service too

I use prestige flowers often through out the years covering birthdays, get well and many other celebrations and they have never got it wrong, or missed the date . A really good service .

ARE YOU JOKING?????? I paid extra £10.00 to have a larger bouquet delivered, for a very important thank you to somebody!!! If this was the large I’d hate to think what the original was! This as many flowers as you’d get in a bunch from Lidl! For £6.49!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED WISH I’D READ THE REVIEWS!

Very disappointed. Not only was the flowers thrown over the gate they did not look like a £49.99 bunch of flowers. The sale is inaccurate. We ordered the medium bunch paying the additional £5 and this is probably the worst flowers for that price I’ve ever seen. Garage flowers look better. I’m embarrassed to have sent my condolences with a disappointing bunch of flowers.

Do not use this company take my advice and go to Tesco and buy their finest and it will still be 10x better than the bouquets supplied by this company. Apparently they send half the flowers in bud for longevity! So you get half a bunch now and the other half when they bloom and the others are dead! Shocking excuse total rip off never again!!!!

This hamper was purchased to give as a Christmas gift. I will not be giving this as I would be embarrassed! Shocking value! To be fair the product arrived promptly and in good condition but I do not feel it is worth the £49.99 I paid for it. Customer service was poor, Prestige Hampers would not entertain a refund. There is nothing prestige’ about this hamper! Photos are how this item is advertised on the website and reality with a 30cm ruler to highlight scale. I will not order again from Prestige Hampers and would NOT recommend.

I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. They were not of the best quality. After trying for several days to save them I gave up & complained to the company. There response was extremely poor. If you don’t complain within 3 days that your flowers have died then they are not interested. What a dreadful customer experience. Do not use them!
