Very disappointed, not at all what I expected. Ordered a medium bouquet and it looks like there's less flowers than the small bouquet. It was also delivered by Royal Mail (who messaged me the evening before to say they had my parcel ready for delivery the next day!) So the flowers weren't even fresh when they arrived the next afternoon by the postman. Do not give your money to this florist, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These were a birthday gift for my sister but have left the whole family incredibly disappointed. I want my money back ASAP!

Nothing like the photos paid £70 and very very disappointed with what came ,I even paid an extra £10 for the extra large.

I received the rose and lily bouquet as a gift. It arrived with the roses already open. Two days later,they, along with the green foliage were dead. Some of the lily's opened a couple of days later, some never did. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my dear friends money. I have used this company myself on a few occasions but I shall not be doing so from now on.

The bunch of flowers were good. The delivery was not on the said date, but a day later. It was a disappointment as the flowers were meant for to be for a birthday and not the day after! While we strive to deliver orders on the specified date, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the involvement of third-party courier services. However, we make every effort to dispatch all flowers (except hand-delivered products) on the day prior to the intended delivery date using a reliable 24-hour delivery service. Our delivery service operates seven days a week, excluding bank holidays. In the case of orders scheduled for delivery on a bank holiday, they may be delivered on the following working day unless otherwise specified. For next-day flower deliveries, we utilize the services of reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Post NL. Please note that hampers and larger gift deliveries may require an additional working day in transit. Absolutely faultless ordering and delivery. Beautiful flowers well presented and boxed and of top quality. I now buy all my bouquets from Prestige. Is much easier than going to shops which I currently find difficult due to recent surgery and it always makes my partner smile. Fantastic and reliable retailer. Thankyou, you make my life easier.

The flowers were for a wedding anniversary. They didn’t arrive on time, but two days later! Shocking service by Royal Mail for the price. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

2 of 3 bunches were lovely, strong beautiful flowers. The third bunch was poorer quality roses with 5 stems with brown outer petals. Photo of damaged flowers will not download

Disaster. For some reason this company can't cope with people sending flowers with credit cards from countries other than England. Tried to send flowers to my sister-in-law, and they cancelled the order. Sadly, after we had told her they were coming, and after they had already TAKEN MY MONEY. They say it will be returned in 3-5 days, but it's already showing on my credit card. Find another florist, these people are hopeless.

I was seriously injured which has left me temporarily incapacitated. Sadly my wife died recently as well. I don't know what I would do without my dear daughters, they do so much to keep me going. Sending them flowers is the ideal way of saying a huge, thank you, and sending them my love.

I spent £50 on what was supposed to have been a large selection of flowers. What I received was the equivalent of a reduced bunch of flowers from the supermarket. The quality was absolutely awful.
