I ordered these for my girlfriend who has been in Ireland for a few months now. I was worried it would be difficult to order flowers from Australia to get delivered over in Ireland but it was super simple and they look so amazing. Very thankful for this website.

Will Never use this company again. My flowers were ordered for a special 80th birthday. They were supposed to be delivered to Arbroath on the 17th December and on checking the “tracking” I have discovered that flowers are in Dundee - already a day late and still not delivered! Appalling service!

Really unhappy with the quality of the flowers, express delivery seems like a scam since I didn't ask for it and the flowers were delivered at 7am waking myself, my partner and our baby up due to the abrupt deliver. The quality of the flowers is very poor too, very few actual flowers considering I paid extra for a large bouquet. And some of them were dead/dying on arrival too

Absolutely shocking customer service ordered a hamper to be delivered which had the correct address and all the correct information it was returned by Royal Mail as saying wrong address, when I contacted prestige hampers they were extremely condescending and rude spoke to a member of staff called Luna who refused to let me speak to a supervisor and kept cutting me off mid conversation he told me I had to take it up with my credit card company not them. He then refused to give me his employee number or surname and hung up the phone on me. An absolute disgrace and shocking customer service do not recommend using this company at all. The hamper was sold by them and due to be delivered through them so they should be helping to sort out the issue not hanging up the phone total disgrace of a company they should be ashamed and Luca should have a severe talking to about his lack of customer service and really needs some re training please feel free to contact me to resolve this shameful situation l!

Flowers are usually ordered for a celebration or a particular date of rememberance When you order flowers from prestige you don’t get them on the chosen date . My mums 90th birthday was yesterday the date I chose for delivery but she didn’t get them on that day Will not be recommending this company. Customer service was shocking and totally unsympathetic.. Ruined my mums suprise m Thanks prestige flowers !

Never again. I paid £56 for a Rome medium arrangement to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. What a small pathetic bouquet . I was horrified when I visited and saw them. I usually use Marks and Spencer. Lesson learned.

I ordered some flowers for my sister's 70 birthday 5 days before the birthday. They arrived a day late by royal mail. They looked like they had been picked last year. I was thinking about ordering my mum's flowers at the same time I'm glad I didn't it my mum is 100 at Christmas they have just lost a lot of work we would have used them for quite a few deliveries.

Flowers look lovely BUT buyers need to be aware that they may well end up buying the 'next size up' bouquet, that is, the more expensive one. The default size on the website is always 'medium' rather than standard.

Their online order form is confusing. I entered my name & address thinking it was billing address. I had already verified the “dispatch to” address. I completed the transaction and received an email confirming the flowers would be sent to me - rather than the couple who had just had their first baby. I immediately emailed back to change delivery address. They refused to assist in changing the address stating they had already “printed” the order. I have never been so disgusted and so disappointed with the “service” provided by a company. I would very strongly advise against ever using this company. They self-congratulate on their “charity donations” but as far as I can see will not move an inch to assist a customer once they’ve got their money. The excuses they give and total inflexibility have left me extremely angry and very upset. I can’t now afford to send flowers by another, reputable company like M&S.

Sent flowers to a friend as a thank you, they looked nothing like they were supposed to. Spend over £40 and could have got better in the supermarket, they were dying within a couple of days. Customer service have been useless, only offering a £15 credit when I would definitely not use this company again.

Terrible company spent £47 on flowers for the Royal Mail to not deliver stating the address does not have any residents!?!? And returned back to prestige flowers. Prestige flowers were rude and did nothing to help and refused to send replacement flowers ! Disguisting customer service considering they will have insurance for postage and deliveries ! These were a Christmas gift awful company do not use!

Ordered a week in advance for a very special occasion. Did not arrive on the specified date. They only despatched item the evening before knowing it was for Northern Ireland. Terrible service. Customer service? Must have the words "I apologise" on loop. Will never use Prestige Flowers again.
