Will not be ordering from here again, paid £56 for flowers to be delivered and still waiting. When speaking to customer service they offered £5.99 goodwill gesture and could not tell me where my flowers are.

I order flowers for a friends birthday only to be delivered to my address, I accept that this was my fault, however when they arrived the box containing the flowers was soaking and when I opened them believe me these were NOT fresh flowers, indeed I think they will have been thrown out by Wednesday

Bitterly disappointed, ordered flowers and vase for my daughters 30th birthday, flowers not delivered and a refund refused, prestige basically fobbed me off and told me to take the matter up with Royal Mail. They chose the delivery carrier as their delivery service and take zero accountability on behalf of their customers. A complete scam, avoid at all costs!!

I recently spent some time in the area and heard you had a good reputation as a florist so when I got back to Canada I looked you up and sent flowers to the people I was staying with. So easy to negotiate the website and hopefully they’ll be as lovely as I ordered.

Flowers have not arrived on the specified date. Very disappointed as purchased as a birthday gift for a special lady. Not very clear how to contact customer service either so don't know when are if flowers will be delivered. Very disappointed.

I paid an extra £10 to get a large bunch of flowers for my mother’s birthday. £60 for a bunch of flowers. I expected a big bunch. I was very disappointed to receive a rather small basic bunch of flowers. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Extremely disappointed with the amount of flowers. I paid extra for a Large bouquet for a Newlywed couple but what I recieved looked like a standard sized bouquet. For £60 I expected a breath taking bunch of flowers. The Orion is a lovely set of flowers and I expected more. Gosh I dread to think how small the standard size is. I don't think I will shop here again.

Received chocolate hamper as a gift. I think the chocolate hamper for the most part is very cheap quality. I really enjoy chocolate and this tasted so badly half of it went in the bin. The truffles are hard pieces of cheap chocolate for example. I would recommend going elsewhere, for example a chocolatier somewhere with the word hotel in the name. Photo upload won't work for some reason...

A good range of bouquets available, with a prompt service, and good reports by the recipients. Would prefer delivery charge to be more easily viewed on the site as you only seem to discover this when you get to checkout. I put delivery charge in the site search engine to check it before ordering and it didn't come up. Thanks for your service

Very disappointed. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery to my younger sister who turned 60 on 29 September, choosing her big birthday as the delivery date. The flowers weren’t delivered and when I phoned customer services on 30 September I was basically told that the date asked for delivery was a “requested” and not a “guaranteed” date and was advised that as explained in booking T&C’s, there is a three day window for delivery. I was advised that the flowers will be delivered on 1 October by Royal Mail. Fortunately I was able to send a photo of the flowers to my sister although this was of little consolation. I chose to send a bouquet because of the substantial distance that my sister lives from me. Customer services were very apologetic but also pretty unhelpful. This is the first time I’ve used Prestige, doubt there will be a next time!

Very very small bouquet for the standard. Nothing like the images shown. Approximately 11 stems for £25 is extortionate. I would have been better going to a supermarket. Contacted customer services to be told that the bouquet I recieved is correct and up to their standard. Won't be ordering from here again and will ensure I spread the word to avoid other people being disappointed. This review also conveniently doesn't let me upload photos.

If you could see the flowers I received, you would be ashamed. The tops of the outer petals on the roses were brown and wrinkled and the greenery was not attractive. I shall not be buying from you again,even at half the price. Could have done so much better at Tesco's.

Very disappointed with the VINTAGE MAPLE (DD250904) bouquet ordered as a gift, arrived with lots of broken heads and is sparse in a vase - certainly not the beautiful image shown in the picture. Won't be ordering from here again.

I paid extra for a large bouquet of flowers, and appear to have only received a quarter of what the photo showed. The quality is also less than what I’d get at a petrol station. Very unhappy with them, and will not be using prestige again.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on my best friends birthday yesterday they still havnt arrived and she’s away now for a few day!! The tracking just says they are in transit but to be honest after reading the reviews now and how bad they are I’d rather not have them delivered at all 😡😡
