You did not send the flower bouquet I ordered. The roses look tired almost wilted. I shall not recommend or use your business again.

This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. From the photo you have provided, we can confirm the correct bouquet and size has been received. Please note that the bouquet includes some flowers that are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We believe that delivering flowers in bud form is advantageous as it guarantees the freshness of the bouquet. The ad said the flowers were £22.99 but the end charge was £ 28.99. So you are cheating us.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered a large boughet for nearly £50 of roses and Lillie’s. The boughet was an average supermarket size, the roses died within two days and after 1 week the Lillie’s are dying and have never opened. Previously complained and got a message from Tom saying customer services had been in contact and all was sorted! I’ve never had any communication from customer services or anyone else. When I try to add a picture for some reason I can’t, which is strange!! Save your money and look elsewhere!

Avoid!!! This organization is unreliable and their promises on their main website I find very misleading. I would give them no stars, but that is not an option. I placed an order for luxury flowers and extras at £120+ for next day delivery, on my wife's birthday, only to discover that it will arrive one day later (today, at time of writing, is my wife's birthday). In calling customer services, "John" advised me it is in the terms and conditions that they can take up to 3 days to deliver. When I pointed out to him that such important information should be made clear up front at the time of order placing I was again directed to the T&Cs. When I asked for a full refund, I was refused and offered a £5.99 discount on my next order. Never again would I order from this organization and I would advise others to take care to avoid disappointment. It is vital that an organization that provides services for important personal events such as birthdays makes clear exactly when they can deliver at the time of ordering, especially if they claim they can deliver the next day. A "100% satisfaction guaranteed!" statement on this website is an absolute joke. I am 0% satisfied.

While ordering there were costant unecessary interruptions from bot /chat. Did not like complicated way of logging in - just wanted to purchase /send flowers, not give my life story, etc Item looks ok, I'll find out later

I sent sympathy flowers with a card and note after a death in the family. I spent ages choosing the wording for the card and adding it to the basket. Within an hour I noticed on the email that they had failed to include the card. Despite such a short time passing they refused to help me. The customer service people were indifferent at best. You can't call and speak to a human. I can't put into words how much distress this incident has caused me. I would never use this company again. I spoke to a manager called Angel T. Angel refused to believe that I had made the card even though I could describe it in detail. She refused to acknowledge even the possibility that there was a fault with the website. I felt that she was completely indifferent to the suffering which this company has caused. Order number 8110366

Checkout process is not clear, I "paid" twice using Apple pay and didnt receive confirmation of my order. I phoned the helpline and they said I needed to then "Checkout" after paying, so my order hadn't been processed. You need to make is easier!

Could not log on and website would not send password update so had to set up a new account. When I clicked to accept cookies a chat not popped up so I had to swipe back and lost what was in my basket. A pretty frustrating experience all round.

Ordered flowers to be delivered as a leaving gift on the persons last day at work. Ordered and paid £47 with a guaranteed delivery before 1pm next day. Flowers did not arrive. The lady didn’t get them and has now left. Hugely disappointing - I can’t re create a “last day at work” situation. Contacted Prestige Flowers who apologised for my upset and sent me a list of postcodes that the delivery guarantee doesn’t cover. Apparently my postcode was in this mysterious list - but no mention of this list when ordering. I even received my confirmation email guaranteeing the said delivery time. I would have ordered elsewhere had I been made aware they couldn’t deliver at any point during the order process. Please be very wary when ordering from here - happy to accept and confirm the order for next day delivery -but didn’t deliver. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Had ordered flowers for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Got an email saying delivered . But not delivered as requested. Not even to reception. Contacted Prestige flowers, not remotely interested blamed everything on courier and said I had to contact them to source where flowers are . 1st and last time I will ever use them . Happy to take money and then wash their hands of whole order . Photo attached shows where they are lying probably damaged now
