“It is rare indeed these days where companies value a high level of personal service. Morgan Highfield & Land exceeded all my expectations when it came to selecting a vehicle that suited my needs, all supporting admin, updates and delivery of my vehicle etc. If I had any questions or anything wasn't clear, they responded almost immediately and everything was sorted quickly with no fuss and ease. “We have been using Morgan Highfield for a number of years now. Alex and his team always go above and beyond when it comes to their excellent customer service, raising the bar compared to other leasing companies. Most recently exceeding all my expectations with a car that I was able to get within a time frame I never thought would even be possible in the current climate. The support and advice from Alex was very much appreciated after I received the car due some issues with the company who delivered the car. This was all resolved imminently by Alex who dealt with everything through the company and dealer. Furthermore, paying for a full tank of petrol and a car valet. I would highly recommend Morgan Highfield. They are honest and trustworthy individuals who genuinely go that extra mile for their customers. Thanks again Alex”
