“I was hoping to use Premium Tile Trim to supply either 10 or 15mm corner edging but was unsure as to which size would work best. I ordered and paid to have two samples posted out so that I could make that decision. After a week, they never turned up and upon contacting the company was given an apology, told they would chase the samples up, but then had no further contact. I have now obtained what I needed from an alternate supplier. Very disappointing, particularly when you are made to pay the postage on the samples and they simply don’t turn up!”
