“Fantastic customer support and service from George and Joe. I realise I am just one of many random online purchasers, however when I reached out to PTT for assistance following an ad hoc online purchase with them I got exceptional service. Had an issue, got a fast, friendly and polite reply followed up with proactively sending me a video clip of a solution. “Unfortunately the four tile trims were received bent. They were delivered in a cardboard tube but there was no packaging within the tube (and if the four trims had been tied together within the tube they would of been stronger ) The cardboard tube was obviously not stiff enough to protect the contents. I have managed to straighten the trims and will use them.”
