“Packaging poor all trim and 4/10 corner trims where damaged replacement corners sent but no reply or response on the trim , quite disappointed won't use again”

Our sales team arranged for replacements to be sent out on a Saturday delivery. “I have received wrong goods. Had to arrange return, paid for it £20 which were not refunded (the original payment was refunded, thank you). So I am out of pocket for £20 for no reason. Not happy.”

It looks like there was a misunderstanding where you thought you were ordering an edge protector but instead purchased tile trim.
