“I first had Powrers sausages when I was about 15 years old (1951?) and have bought them when possible ever since (now easy through the internet). Long may they they last!”
“I use to live in Cambridge and fell in love with Powters Newmarket sausages, now living
In North Somerset I couldn't find anywhere that sold them, so I ordered on line to have them delivered, brilliant service from Powters delivered when they said and in polystyrene box with ice packs. Thankyou Powters”
“Probably the best sausages ever ! I have to say I love em even though it's hard to get In Tesco.
The last time, I ordered direct and the service was first class although I have to say I thought the delivery charge was a bit step, but they arrived in perfect condition cold and well packed.”
“I have always found Powters to be a very friendly, reliable company.
The quality of their sausages is excellent and the delivery process is first class.”
“Having had Newmarket Sausages on a recent trip, I looked on line to buy and was not disappointed with theirs, or their chipolatas. I also enjoyed the ham. I split my sausages into 4 types, a) Italian, then b) Lorne (must be Ayrshire) which is irrelevant for this comment, and c) Full English Breakfast v d) Sandwich, I prefer the more bready ones for sandwiches (Potters of Walsall) but the proper porkers for a Full English.
The sausages remind me of how the sausages in my day were, tasty, solid & not splattery when frying etc, though I air fry mostly nowadays. Next to a Butchers in Par Cornwall, these are the best sausages I have tried & believe me I have tried a few dozen varieties.”
“Absolutely quality meat! ordered porchetta for Christmas which didn’t disappoint. I remember going to my Nan and grandads as a child eating Newmarket sausages, now 30 years on I’m still enjoying powters well done guys.”
