“I recently purchased an NX lithium powering golf trolley as previous 25 year old sport model gave up the ghost. I'm disappointed that the NC doesn't fold up as flat as the old one, the bag holders don't fold up so it takes up more room in boot of car.”

“Service for purchase of NX Lithium trolley was excellent. Prompt with great contact throughout. Due to weather conditions, not yet used but have no doubts regarding it as it a really well built, quality product. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it was part of a part exhange, and the initial appt to collect my old trolley failed and I was not informed until I made contact.”

“Telephone calls and emails were courteous, prompt and efficient. Delivery disappointed in so far as it was about a month late. However, once scheduled delivery was on time and the return arrangements for the trade in were great. Overall a really good service.”

“Online crypto investment is not a hundred percent guarantee. I was so foolish to trust some brokers on Instagram they deceived me to invest with them to earn good profits but it was all lies. I am presently working with '' wikihelpdesks @ gmail . com to help me recover my funds. Please stay away from this online stuff.”

“Recentl had an issue with my 1 year old trolley, and apart from the issue of having to return it for repair, Christian in the tech services department was very helpful in solving the issue and returning the trolley back to me with a very fast turn round. Good service.”

“This is my second PowerBug trolley and based on my experience with the last one a GT 7 I decided to purchase this one as The GT7 was 11 years old and I didn't know how much longer the battery would last. I am pleased with my purchase however one aspect of the new one is that the elastic securing straps are quite hard to fix onto the frame. I am using the same bag as before. The brackets on the NX appear to be shorter across and/or the elastic strap is shorter. Trying to pull the strap and fix it to the trolley is difficult especially the bottom one. Also I await your instructions for shipping my GT7 which has to be sent to you. Alan Nelson”

“Powerbug are truely attentive to customers. I had a technical chat with the support team so I could place an order for a spare part with confidence. The only issue is that I am based in France, so shipping costs were 4 times the price of the device :-(. Hence 4 stars only ...”
