You did a very bad service. You didn't send the goods to our address as we ask . VERY BAD SERVICE! We still waiting for the goods of our order that we paid in advance!!!!!!!

I purchased a Power Bug trolley from a Canadian company in 2020 and the Hurricana Lithium battery only lasted 3 years. I would like to contact the manufacturer - any advice would be welcome. Warranty was only 1 year.

Goods arrived too late to be of any use on my holiday. The delivery was supposed to arrive on Thursday, after 3 working days, but it arrived on Friday. Too late for use during my holiday so a wastage of purchase

I telephoned PowerBug informing them that my trolley kept cutting out. They informed me I needed a new lithium battery , which I bought. After this large expense and installing the battery the trolley still kept cutting out.

Hi Sevilla, Your order is on its way - UPS tracking estimates delivery by Thursday. Please note the standard delivery time to Spain is 3 weeks - There are some days over Christmas that the courier would have been shut which has added a few days on to your delivery. Kind Regards PowerBug

Hello, I bought a trolley 15 months ago and recently it has started to pull badly to the left. I have left 3 messages over more Th an a week apart asking for it to be reviewed under warranty and have had no reply whatsoever! I know there are issues with Covid but really not good customer service at all

Quick delivery of replacement part. Yes it easy to fit but some information on the type of adhesive to use would be beneficial.

Sorry about this. Reviews.co.uk are independent of us and we believe that they canvas customers randomly at random times after orders are processed by us to determine our performance. In this instance it appears that the timing has been out of kilter. We did speak to the customer about the communication issue and happy to report that he was very happy with his offer and delivery has now been made within 48 hours of ordering.

not received parts yet, Dpd delivered yesterday unfortunately we we out but driver did not leave parcel with neighbour or put it gate at in side of house Advised dpd that i would collect parcel from pickup shop at weekend, received email on Sat to collect Sun at local shop but advised that i would be emailed again to confirm when available to collect. Its sunday afternoon and im still waiting for confirmation email!!!

Hello there, DPD will only delivery to a neighbour if the neighbours are in and willing to accept the delivery, likewise with leaving the parcel in a safe place, this must be confirmed with the driver as standard procedure is to take the parcel away and re-deliver on the next working day. Your parcel was then arranged to be dropped at a local DPD drop-off point but it seems the driver did not make the cut-off time for this to happen. It has been re-scheduled now for delivery today. I have yet to receive my replacement screen. Had to pay a fiver for delivery and now 8 days later and not arrived. Tried to call on Friday but closed in the afternoon.

This order was placed after close of business on Friday 05th April. Goods were ordered on a standard delivery of 3 - 5 working days and dispatched on Monday 8th April. We understand that the order was received within our advertised delivery window. All orders over £50.00 are delivered free of carriage and the customer was kept up to date by e mail in respect of order confirmation, processing and dispatch.

I ordered and paid for next day delivery. Delivery took three days. This is not surprising as it was posted second class!!!!

We are sorry for the delay with your order. This was a transaction based outside of mainland UK and we have to rely upon outside sources to help customers requiring spare parts in areas not covered by our extensive network of European distributors. The delay was frustrating however we understand the delivery has now been made and hope that your replacement battery will deliver many more years of service. Please accept our apology once again for the delay.

Bought and paid for boot tidy back in early March. No stock so put on back order. No comms for 2 weeks so rang to be told that item was due mid May. Waited til end of May and was told stock imminent. Eventually received 14th June to see on web site that the product is now on sale at £10 discount!!! Should have cancelled original order and re-bought when new stock arrived. Spoke to boss who offered a discount on something else although I've already bought everything I want from powerbug. Never mind..lesson learned.

Sorry to hear this. We have to point out that there is an 'on/off' switch under the handle of the model that you have purchased. Happy to report that the customer is now happy with his trolley....... and the 'on / off' switch.
