“When my trolley blew over damaging the bearing on the front wheel, your staff could not have been more helpful in supplying an entire new front wheel assembly at a very reasonable price and in advising as to how to fit it which once we had undone two screws, was remarkably easy.”

“I recently bought and fitted a anti clog front wheel it is anti clog but not anti stick they collect the mud up to the bottom of the bag and smear it all over it roll on summer”

“Great service . Took my trolley in as the hinge was playing up . They mended it straight away and fitted the new front wheels for me . No charge for repairs and discount for the wheels. No more mud clogging up . Always so friendly and helpful.”

“Needed a new axle and gearbox for my Powerbug sport trolley. Rang the service department who advised me on the correct part which I ordered and was delivered 3 days latter. The part was easy to fit so now back in action.”

“Excellent service when my trolley broke down. I telephoned and the problem was identified and a new part sent out. I received this within 4 days and was able to fit it myself without any problem. The bonus was that my trolley was still under guarantee so the part was free of charge.”
