“Received the battery very quickly but disappointed to pay an extra 20% for duties etc to get delivery in France. I understand that this is because the battery is not made in the UK.”

“I purchased the 2 wheel conversion for the front trolley wheel, great idea, product well made but no caps/ covers for the wheel nuts and bearing, so exposed grease and bearings will get covered in debris which will eventually damage the bearings, I sent an email complaint - no reply 👎”
