“My golf trolley developed a sickness of some sort but Dr. Jimmy in the Sales office helped with trying a number of different remedies which sadly proved not to bring it back to full health. The trolley has now been sent backtick Powerbug where I fully expect them to restore the trolley to travel the fairways happily once more. Great people in a great company.”

“Had a fault with my trolley and customer service were very helpful. Eventually diagnosed as a problem with the control box so they sent a replacement and trolley is now working fine.”

“Returned faulty charger (10 years old). Following day received call from Power Bug advising that a new charger is recommended. New charger received within 2 working days. First class service in every respect. Good 'ol Power Bug. Many thanks.”
