“We visited PowerBug near Eaton to purchase our electric golf trolley. The advice we received we open, friendly, and not overly "pushy". The PowerBug itself seems to be well designed, easy to use, and good value for money. So far we've only had it one week but it works as expected.”

“MY POWER BUG IS ABOUT 6 MONTHS OLD NOW AND ALL MY COMMENTS ARE POSITIVE IT IS COMPACT LIGHT ENOUGH TO EASILY PLACE IN TYE BACK OF THE CAR AND THE BATTERY SEEMS TO LAST WELL OVER 9 HOLES”

“Your service was let down by Parcelforce who failed to collect the trolley on 2 occasions meaning I waited all day TWICE for no reason. Then they claimed that they had called but had no reply, which was only possible if they had gone to the wrong place. Everything else was excellent but I’d strongly recommend using an alternative carrier to collect the items.”

“Customer service is excellent. Easy to get to speak to someone on phone. Very helpful, pleasant and professional employees! I have had my PowerBug trolley, battery and bag for 8 years. I recently ordered a new charger on line and accidentally ordered two. PowerBug phoned and emailed me to ask if I had intended to order two! I said no and they immediately refunded me the second charger. Thank you PowerBug. I would strongly recommend PowerBug equipment as I have found it extremely reliable and their after sales service amazing.”
