“My order recently was in two parts. By `phone and by on line shopping. Delivery was partly by courier and part by Royal Mail. The item by courier which was the telephone order came the next day, despite it being two weeks from Christmas. Fabulous service! I was concerned that the courier might have forgotten the second item so rang power bug. They assured me that the missing item was being sent by post and sure enough it arrived within the week. Their systems and courtesy are second to none.”

“The product has arrived on time. However I did enquire, by telphone whether the order placed included the bolts etc needed to fit the bag holder. However no bolts were delivered with the product and I have yet to see whether I can reuse the original ones”

We are sorry about this and thank you for reporting it to us. Our records show that the Bug Bag was dispatched however it seems like it did not arrive as planned. We have reported this to our carrier and happy to say that a replacement bag has been sent and received by the customer
