“Bought the small lithium battery for my existing trolly arrived on time. use it for the first time and what a difference! So much more power normal walking speed was 7-8 on the old battery it was 5 on the new one. I know it’s early days but we’ll pleased at the moment!”

“Service and delivery was superb. Ordered Thursday arrived Friday morning well packaged and all items correct. Great customer service and very responsive. I Finished work Friday afternoon and was really looking forward to testing the powerbug out, I have had powakaddy in the past and fancied a change and after much research the powerbug is easily the best value lithium trolley around. Took it to the course and it's a great little trolley, powered round 9 holes without a hitch until I unloaded my golf bag and pushed the button to unlock and fold it down and one of the plastic locking pins snapped off and fallen to the ground. I was so disappointed as it really is a great trolley but I suppose its only as strong as it's Achilles heel, a reliance on plastic to lock it in place. I have sent an email regarding the matter but they are not back till Monday boo hoo for me as I have no trolley to play in tomorrow's medal. I assume it should be easily remedied but I am a bit concerned that it could be a design flaw. Will see how it pans out. Best regards.”

“Decent good value trolley - I've purchased the GTX model - with ridiculously small but powerful lithium battery. Won't win any awards for looks & I don't particularly like the old fashioned handle but it does the job well.”

“Item purchased was quick and efficient. The offer against replacement of my battery was generous but the part exchange for my trolley was much lower than expected. Good customer service would expect to supplier to ring customer where there is a protracted discussion as in this case”

“The product is very good and no issues. The model I ordered is out of stock for a while so got upgraded to the next model up free of charge, which is very appreciated. However, I ordered a white model and received black - and the shipping address PowerBug used was incorrect meaning it took an extra day to be delivered. Overall a great product, just silly mistakes stopped this from being a full star review.”

“Contact with Powerbug easy to establish and subsequent information and eventual order placing very efficient. Trolley works well. There were no operating instructions in the delivery box. I copied them from their website. The battery tray insert is of the wrong dimensions but my battery locates onto the battery tray. Overall very good value for money.”

“Good and fast service, but little issue the battery do not fit my cart its bigger than the old. On your page you say it fits all powerbug carts and mine has the older mini lithium wich is a little bit smaller but its to much truble to send back så i will figure out some resolve so i can use it. Love my cart!”
