“Fast, efficient and delivering a service you would expect. One complaint is,alas, the new hedgehog wheels pull massively to the right when in use. Apparently others have experienced the same problem. Not too sure what to do to rectify!”

“I had already dealt with powerbug having bought an electric trolley. Received it in a couple of days and about two years later the motor went. I contacted the company and with no hassle I was sent a new motor. I recently ordered a couple of accessories and they arrived in a couple of days. Then I ordered the waterproof bag at a crazy low price and again no issues. Would highly recommend this company and its products. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”
