“After nearly 20 years I had to replace my tiny 27 hole lithium battery. It provided me with about 3000 rounds of golf over the years. The trolley is still going strong I've only had to replace the wheels once and the axle too. Other than that a new charger a couple of years ago and everything is fine. The battery size had changed a bit from the original but new inserts for the housing were sent out immediately. Always very good customer service, Powerbug can be rightfully proud of their business and staff. At this rate the trolley is going to outlast me. Rgds Milton Severn”

“I am happy with the spare parts, they were easy to change and work well. However, 50% of the price to cover freight, taxes and customs are way too much. We experience the same with all net trading with UK from Norway, so your leaving EU was not a good idea!”

“My 5 year old GT+ trolley had finally started to give up - mainly due to poor ownership - not looked after!!l🤔traded it in for a new NX Lithium. Got a great trade in and great service as always from Powerbug and new trolley is excellent so far. This is my 4th PowerBug in 20 years and would highly recommend.”
