“Really pleased with the trolley, neat, sturdy and easy to use. Excellent customer service when I requested a minor repair to ensure the locking mechanism was working smoothly. No problem at all and returned promptly, working well.”

“After using the trolley with no problems for about 2 years rhe bottom elastic strap broke. 1 phone call and a new one arrived in the post the following day. Amazing service!! I must say I had two power daddy trolleys before and something went wrong with them at least every 3 to 4 months. The trolley has been great and even the purchase was a pleasure and trouble free. Thank you PowerBug for a great service Lionel of Bushey”

“Dear gentlemen, earlier today I have received your package through UPS but it had been obviously tampered with and I didn't even open it because it is very clearly not what I ordered (it weighs much less than it is supposed to, under 3 kg). I would like you to inform me on how to proceed with the restitution and the refund and the shipping of the battery that I actually have ordered. Thank you, Best regards.”

“I recently purchased an NX lithium powering golf trolley as previous 25 year old sport model gave up the ghost. I'm disappointed that the NC doesn't fold up as flat as the old one, the bag holders don't fold up so it takes up more room in boot of car.”

“Just replaced my previous powerbug, which is still going after 16 years of use. The new model in my opinion is well designed and build quality second to none. Not only is this better value than thr big two, if you contact powerbug you get excellent and speedy advice from thr people who own the businesses. Top product and top service why hesitate.”

“Excellent service in supplying a new front wheel unit but disappointed that I needed one after only 3 years and 2 months. Paid well over £500 for this trolley from PowerBug and surely the front wheel mechanism should last longer than that!”
