“Wanted a trolley with a lithium battery rather than my very heavy 36 hole lead acid lump. played with a friend who had a Powerbug, a new name to me. The lithium battery was so small and light. Contacted Powerbug, they gave me a decent trade in for my old trolley. The new one was delivered on time and my old trolley returned in the same box, hassle free. Been in use for a couple of weeks now all good and so much lighter.”

“Roger D Bournemouth. Just 25 hours from placing order to signing at my front door for the DHL delivery ! that's what I call a very good service and arrangement. Even DHL was just seven minutes after the earliest scheduled delivery time brilliant. Maybe the world is not so bad. Oh! and the trolley well it looks great more than the weather so have not yet tested on course; have no worries on that score. Well done Power Bug be proud.”

“I bought a trolley a few years ago which has always been good but now I have a the mini lithium battery it's even better ! Fits perfectly with the inserts and I could immediately feel the difference in power. Good value and I highly recommend Power Bug”

“I ordered a golf bag on a Sunday, late at night. I instantly received a bounce back email confirming the order. Monday I got notification that it had been dispatched and it was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent service and communications. I have not used it yet but it seems every bit as good as I expected. Thank you.”

“As a reflection of the total service. The delivery was shocking, a broken gate post and latch. A brand new trolley, which is supposed to be signed for, left exposed to the wind and rain and , with a gate left side open, could easily have been lifted and taken away. 'Signature required', clearly not important. Add to that the credit refusal on no grounds whatsoever to purchase a higher price trolley on HP and you have a returning customer who will not return. This is my second purchase in a year. Far from happy with the manner of this purchase.”

Please accept our apologies on behalf of DHL - The courier would have been liable for trolley should it have gone missing, however that doesn't mean to say that the courier wasn't irresponsible... In regards to the declined finance application, this is unfortunately out of our control. The finance company reviews each applicants details to ensure they are suitable for the finance and in this case the application was declined. It is quite rare for applications to be declined - Declined purchases are usually due to an address or spelling error within the application or a very poor credit rating.
