I fitted the 2 large hedgehog wheels which I had ordered. The original small front wheel took forever to remove even with the help of the club pro. The small hog wheel did not fit properly so the original one was replaced. Permission given from club to use only the 2 large wheels. However, during this process the calibration adjustment must have been touched. My trolley now insists on going around in ever decreasing circles. I contacted PowerBug for help and was told that this can happen and that there is no formula for getting it back in the right place. I had to bring the 2 screws either side of the small wheel to the top and keep adjusting till it worked! I was told that he had done 2 trolieys and it was very much a 'hit and miss' operation. One week later and I am still trying. I did love my PowerBug trolley and everything about it but now I feel like putting it on the Muniicipal tip. I will keep trying as I am looking to playing some golf again. It is a huge flaw in the trolley,. £80 is a lot of money to pay for 2 hog wheels, 1 that doesn't work and a trolley that goes around in ever decreasing circles!! 1

After ordering two new golf covers we not informed that you had none in stock until I phoned a week later to see where our order was. This however did not stop you taking our money.

As an on-line retailer, all orders are paid for upon placement. if product is out of stock, it is possible for customers to place back orders. If product goes out of stock a back order will be generated as detailed within our T & C's. A full refund is available against any order placed and paid for if the customer is unwilling to wait for delivery of product that is out of stock. We are unable to take money, this is transacted by a third party that has a secure payment gateway ensuring security and again acting upon your instructions. Sorry for any delay and hope that you are happy with the goods now delivered.

l ordered a replacement battery. lt took a week to arrive not helped by the delivery driver running out of time and delaying delivery by a day. The new battery is slightly bigger and did not fit the holder. l contacted Power bug who then sent replacement holders. (foc) This was a furthre two days lost.

Our standard delivery promise is between 2-5 working days. With the extra day taken, we did actually make the delivery promise. A replacement battery was ordered and processed. Replacement battery inserts were not ordered but sent FOC with compliments when requested saving the customer around £14.00 inclusive of carriage taking two days from request to receipt by the customer.

having purchased a power bug golf trolley, I gave a good review.That has all changed due to your battery supplier,HURRICANA. My battery does not hold its charge and nowhere near lasts for 18 holes, and as a 67 year old that's not good for my joints pushing a trolley.Over the last six weeks I have sent three contact messages over the internet,no response.I have tried numerous times to register to send my battery back through their courier service,each time I get to the payment there is a message, unable to continue with this transaction.At the moment I am using my old power bug battery also a hurricane but a" different model" which gets me around the golf course with power to spare.Perhaps you can help me by contacting Hurricana on my behalf.before I put reviews on the internet eg,do not purchase powerbug golf trolleys while they persist in supplying Hurricana batteries,this is a company that are not contactable,and although under Warranty, if it was possible to return battery there is a charge of £30.The batteries retail at £70.

Decided to take advantage of the cart bag sale and, despite the efforts of Parcel Force who delivered it to a different address, I took ownership thanks to the honesty of the unwilling recipient ..... The bag itself is pretty decent £39 but the trouble started when I began to change over the contents of my old bag into the new one. I put one towel into the side pocket alongside the rain hood, pulled up the zip which promptly burst !!! It is easy to suggest that I overfilled it but that was certainly not the case. The next morning I called Powerbug to inform them and was told that someone would call be back shortly -- no one did. I then called again around 4pm and was again told that someone would call me back before closing at 5, again no one did . It was only after a third call that some kind of action was taken-- very frustrating at having to deal with such poor customer services. Your trolleys are first class , the bags not so much

Web site was clear to follow. New purchase of a Lithium battery for golf trolley arrived on time as ordered. Reason for ordering new battery was because the original lead acid one provided with the trolley had started to overheat and expand when on charge. I asked the question "why this should happen" on the web site chat line but got no answer. Hence the low rating

Requested feedback prior to purchase but contact never came so made a purchase of replacement part with back up screws as did not have rivet gun. The rivits, although paid for were substituted with screws only! Please send refund or rivets!!!!

Hi Louise, Your rivets will be dispatched 1st class today. Please note, a pop rivet gun will be required to fasten the hinge assembly with the rivets.

ordered battery on a Friday morning, and was told it would arrive on the Tuesday. Waited in all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday. battery finally arrived at 16.45 on Thursday.

I purchased a LTX Cart Bag (Black & Red). We had to return the bag as one of the zips was broken when we tried to open one of the pockets when we received it. I was very dissapointed on the overall quality of the bag. The service I received from Powerbug was excellent and they have refunded my money in full.
