“Great service from telephone calls to PowerBug. The information before purchase very helpful. PowerBug easy to get up and running. Have used on golf course and it runs smoothly. A lot easier than any trolley I,'ve had before.”

“I was advised of the forthcoming stock of hedgehog wheels. I wanted some and ordered in time to get a special price and free wheel covers. They arrived as promised and I used then on my trolley and they did the job well. I am well pleased”

“I ordered winter wheels for my Powerbug trolley - great £20 saving. Initially I was told they were out of stock which was disappointing but customer service (Jimmy) assured me this would be resolved ASAP which it was - wheels delivered within a week. Great service”

“Bought winter wheels on offer. Delivery delayed by lack of stock. Wheels arrived about a month after order, fitted okay but not yet used. Note they are a little narrower than the original ones but hopefully they will reduce damage on wet conditions”

“Sent email for trade in, did not receive an answer within 24 hours, had to ring powerbug but boy once that phone call was made ( was told having trouble with emails) powerbug sprang into action and was given a great deal inc trade in and winter wheels”

“Excellent customer service; helpful and knowledgeable staff member on phone. very prompt delivery. Easy to set up. Have only used trolley once so far but it performed perfectly I look forward to more use of it. Unfortunately my Golf Club not not allow hedgehog wheels for winter use which are the only ones offered by power bug.”
