“Recently bought an umbrella holder for my GTX1. The bolt that came with the kit was the wrong size (8mm instead of 10mm). I sent pictures 3 times to explain but they never received them (why they couldn't believe me I don't know). Eventually, they sent me a 10mm bolt and now all is well. I paid for next day delivery but it took them 3 days to sort it out. Customer service could have been better, thought I might have received an apology.”

“Great service my “bug” is now a few years old but has been so reliable. It needed a repair and makers arranged transport to depot and return within a short time all fixed at a decent price. Excellent service and would recommend this product to anyone.”
