“Impressed by both the friendly member of staff and the quick repair of my trolley. Also thought price for job was reasonable. Only downside was that it took me almost an hour to find the premises once I arrived in Flackwell Heath - my satnav deserted me 'in the vicinity of your destination' - looked like the middle of an empty field on the screen! Lexux mapping is obviously out of date.”

“I purchased a Power Bug trolley from a Canadian company in 2020 and the Hurricana Lithium battery only lasted 3 years. I would like to contact the manufacturer - any advice would be welcome. Warranty was only 1 year.”

“I’ve had my power bug over 4 years and never a hitch. I cracked the digital read out screen travelling recently. I emailed power bug and they sent me spare with instructions on how to fit it. Very helpful, very quick and very good pricing too.”

“Telephone calls and emails were courteous, prompt and efficient. Delivery disappointed in so far as it was about a month late. However, once scheduled delivery was on time and the return arrangements for the trade in were great. Overall a really good service.”

“Having waited a few weeks as new stock came in I was delighted to have received it this week Tuesday 29th October. I was extremley well packed and was delivered undamaged. After putting it together it certainly came up as being very well built and easy to use. It rides beautifully over my course and makes very easy work of the hills on my course. Just waiting for my old trolly to be picked up in a few days time, as part of their trade-in scheme.”

“When my PowerBug motor developed a fault I contacted PowerBug technocal people and when I took it in they replaced the part while I waited. Service could not have been better. DS”

“Four-year old battery was not charging properly - so took it to PowerBug HQ, who kept it for a few days, and decided that it was the charger that was at fault. Purchased a new charger 2 weeeks ago - so far no more problems.”
