“A good well made cart that works effectively. The phone service both in buying and after is excellent . You get through to a Human immediately with no Unintelligent Assistant or telephone queue delays. A key factor in my brand choice is that my wife has had a PowerBug for 6 or 7 years which has only had one fault. The company sent a box for transporting. It was sent to their offices and returned within a week fixed. This contrasts with the horror stories from other cart brands”
