Having had to pay £30 before you would look at the problem, I fail to see how it was repaired as "a goodwill gesture". Furthermore i received three days ago a confirmation that my order (identical ref no.) had again been despatched! Something wrong with your system iy seems unless I can expect another battery and charger "as a goodwill gesture". The battery and charger are again working perfectly and I look forward to being able to recommend the trolley et al to dellow golfers, as I have in the past.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. I would just like to explain the transaction in a bit more depth for anybody concerned about this negative review. Your battery and charger were returned to us using the £30.00 courier service. This covers the cost of sending a courier to collect the goods to be returned and also covers any cost of re-delivery of goods after they have been to our service centre. After inspecting your battery and charger we discovered that both the battery connector and charger connector have been damaged. We carried out a free of charge repair to both the battery and charger, thoroughly tested the goods proving that they are now in full working order before dispatching them back to you again. (Hence the notification of re-dispatch). We are glad to hear your battery and charger are fully functioning again, and wish you many days of happy golfing :-)

Seems far to expensive for what it is. Checked with the PO casts of postage extreme. 50% of the item cost. Plus no fitting template included.

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the shipping fee paid. Our website clearly indicates our flat rate shipping fee within the UK is £4.50. The postage and packing cost of your order was almost 50% of the product value, however I think it is fair for us to state that the product ordered had the value of £10.00. Had to chase up order as I never received an email to tell me it had been despatched it then arrived 5 days after order, but I was told it would be with me 2/3 days

This replacement battery is the 4th one I have had from you. I was not impressed with your sales man,s attitude, basically he said that is the rules and tough as some batteries can only have a short life

Hi Jennifer, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Lead Acid battery. All of our Lead Acid batteries are equipped with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Any failures within this 12 months you are covered under the warranty and a replacement will be arranged free of charge. For batteries with a longer life span and warranty period I would suggest taking a look at our Lithium battery. Not only does our Lithium battery feature the best warranty terms (5 years) but it is also the smallest and lightest on the market! Kind Regards, PowerBug

Ordered digital hinge replacement with SCREWS but only got rivets. (Customer Service agent has promised to reverse charge for screw set). The hinge screw is too long. No documentation whatsoever, would have expected an invoice and some fitting information. Love my Power Bug but this was a disappointing experience.

We have refunded you for the missing screws. - We currently do not have documentation for fitting the hinge assembly however we are working on improving our online guides and have the hinge assembly high on our priorities list. - We have a technical team on hand (01753 857 838) that will be able to help with any technical/repair queries you may have while fitting the part. - All of our invoices are sent digitally via email. the service and delivery were first class. The product however is ridiculously over priced. If I could have got it cheaper I would have gone elsewhere.

Sorry to hear that you consider your purchase over priced. It is interesting to see that it could not be found at a reduced cost elsewhere as the component was not a PowerBug specific item and on offer at other retailers. In todays commercial environment, we have to make some profit in order to survive and be positioned to service our brand for years to come.

Locking nut on front wheel axle not included in package, which was very frustrating as the Webb site order photo clearly shows a locking nut. Telephoned this morning 1st August and received apologies from technical dept (rob) who agreed that this was not correct and would arrange postage of lockingnut today. I would also raise the point about showing a more accurate cost price for items available from the web site, my cost of £10, increased to £14.75, when postage and vat was added. The actual postage was in fact only 95p! Alan Palmer.

It appears that did make a mistake and omitted to supply the nut as described. The nut was posted out immediately 1st class to resolve the issue. The postage charge mentioned was correct however there are other costs on lower value orders to consider. We have to employ people to pick and pack orders and the packaging materials are not cheap. To ensure that we do not loose ,money, these costs have to be covered. All order over £50.00 value have free freight and packaging.

Sorry. Have to give a poor rating. My order arrived but the items were not correct. Rang up to sort out the problem and the customer service guy was very apologetic. No quibble about the issue which was great. Just waiting for the missing item. Once that arrives i'll be happy.

Controller I received the item promptly but was very disappointed with the quality. The item fit the trolley perfectly but on the final assembly task - pressing the Control Knob onto the potentiometer shaft - the unit split open. Thanks Alison Graham

Very fast delivery but the clip was scratched and a chip out of the corner and considering I paid £10.00 for a plastic clip I was not impressed.

You arranged for the delivery to the wrong address which caused huge inconvenience to my wife, my neighbour and me. Parcelforce are a disaster and you should employ another delivery company.

When I purchased the power bug, I was told that it would be delivered on Wednesday 23rd March 2016. However as there would be nobody in, we suggested a Thursday delivery. My wife phoned Power Bug, on Thursday, to find out when we could expect the delivery. She was told that the delivery would be delayed and would not be delivered until Tuesday 29th March 2016. I understand that UK Mail were instructed to pick up my Power Bug early on Wednesday but in fact that did not happen until 17.00. The unit has gone from Power Bug to a depot in Slough to Edinburgh. We suggested that we would pick the trolley up ourselves at UK Mail's Glasgow depot, on Saturday, only to be informed that it was closed. I feel that Power Bug have failed at the first hurdle, any trust that existed have now disappeared. They have my money and can now take their time and no effort to deliver when they promised. It remains to be seen if the unit actually is delivered on Tuesday. Regards Bob Nolan

There seems to be a little confusion here. Upon speaking to the customer on the Thursday mentioned, we were under the impression that delivery was required on Tuesday 29th and made the delivery accordingly. If we got this wrong we apologise but it seems like the customer is happy with the purchase and trust that the PowerBug unit gives years of trouble free service. Once again apologies if there has been any crossed wires however if any further assistance is required, please feel free to contact us.

We ordered two powerbug push2.0 trolleys one white, one black when order arrived two black ones had been sent obviously someone can`t read an order form at your company.

The REVIEWS company ask for feedback independently from PowerBug. The request can be made soon after product is despatched to gauge customer service or in the future to gauge product reliability. we are sorry if the request for feedback was not appreciated but hope that you are still happy with your purchase.
