“Outstanding online company even when returning items i had no issues and with human contact by email it all went smoothly. It’s important to have human interaction as algorithms do not give you any kind of feedback and often send you in circles. I spoke to a guy called Dan through our all of my transactions this means one person only is dealing with you so you don’t have to repeat everything many times he was excellent. Sadly the only thing to let the firm down is this review page even though I didn’t want to review some items as I had returned it still kept insisting even though I pressed the no button”

“Requested as a gift for by son, I thought it was like a female getting a vacuum for Xmas but he assured me not. He was visiting when they arrived so he opened them and was very pleased with them. Great quality and bigger than expected, which is a good thing, measurements were given but I hadn't checked. Bonus was they were sold with no inlay but did actually come with inlays. Ordered and delivered quickly. Price here was much cheaper than everywhere else as well, very please all round.”
