“This company is very helpful, upfront about interest and repayments. Admittedly the interest is high but if you're sensible and have a little common sense you know this at the offset and only take what you can afford. These kind of companies have had a lot of bad press lately from people who are happy to take the loans and then whine about the amount they have to pay back. Be sensible and know what you can afford, it's not the company's fault if you can't pay it back. Pounds to Pocket are great at what they do!”

“Webchat is a very quick and useful service when you dont want to actually speak to someone on the phone. I have used it in the past and always found it very effective and get the answer i want immediately.”

“live chat is uselss. they take far too long to reply to your messages. I actually got kicked out of chat. took far far too long and the girl didn't have the right information at all. not overly impressed”
