“i repeatedly asked the customer advisor questions and she kept avoiding them. she claimed my application i filled out a year ago had been delined and thats how she based her decision. i hadnt even filled out an application. my query was about not being able to log on. i certainly wont be recommending pounds to pocket to anyone”

“good but I had trouble paying this month as I get payed on 28th but they could only extended the payment 7 days forward which makes it 25th I guess I have to borrow moni off someone and put it in my account, neva missed a payment before expected you guys to show me a little lee way but no”

“i have a loan with your sister company that charge far more interest and wanted to borrow another loan from yourselfs to pay that off but no joy even though i been good customer,i stated you pay them direct and close the account and met with a brickwall”
