“This company cannot be trusted. They make a bad financial situation much much worse. They fail to communicate. Add charges without justification. Make promises that are not kept. Have a complaints dept which doesn't respond to complaints. Fail to keep your credit record updated. I've dealt with a fair few loan companies and these are the worst.”

“Great service all round. I have used Pounds To Pocket a few times now and they have provided the same great service every time. Really appreciated the "online chat" help (with Maria) when i needed it, as it really saved time compared to my past experience of telephone support for similar things with different companies. Many thanks again Pound To Pocket.”

“The facility to make payment by transfer using the "Faster Payments" facility would be really handy. I recently had problems because I had to stop my debit card for security reasons. If Pounds to Pocket accepted transfers I could have still made the appropriate payment easily.”

“The interest rates on their loans are massive and really are a bit of a rip off. Basically whatever you borrow you pay twice as much back. However, they gave me a loan when I really needed it and no one else would and their customer service has always been good. That said, I've never missed a payment or needed additional help from them so that's probably why - I should imagine things are different if there are problems.”
