“I really love this product and so did my Springer Spaniel. Although within an hour it needed a stich to repair a hole in the bottom.”

“Promised delivery of 2-3 days was not met. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, said that it was only estimated and yet charged me £5 for special delivery. Arrived after my dog's 18th Birthday party and on the day he was put to sleep. Saw the delivery, Evri man threw the parcel at the door. The cake was small which was not an issue but it was dreadfully damaged.(See photos) A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE! When I emailed them after the event, did not contact me. £20 paid and they needed to give me a refund which they refused. Poor customer experience”

“Every purchase with Postman Pooch has been spot on. I’ve ordered several times this year as a gift for our family Labrador Jack and he loves his gifts. Most recently, I ordered Jack the ‘get well soon box’ following a period of ill health and the team were amazing, they got the order out speedily and even added a hand written card too! 100% recommend postman pooch! Thanks very much guys!”

“It's the 2nd time we've had a birthday box and it's been a success each time - so nice that you can choose each individual item - and yes you could go to the shop and do it yourself but this is so convenient and more fun. he especially loves the Barking Bakery Iced Woofin Cupcake.”

“Super Happy with the birthday cake and birthday treat box. Arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Dora the labradoodle loved the cake and all her treats. She had a lovely 10th birthday. Very impressed and will deffo use again.”
