“I ordered the build your own birthday box for my puppy who turned one today. Not only did my package arrive in a timely manner but due to having no stock for an item I had ordered I received a telephone call to inform me of this and not only did they replace the item but they also added an extra item for the inconvenience. I can’t thank postman pooch enough for going the extra mile. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.”

“So happy with everything in the dog birthday treat box, it arrived just in time and she polished of her barking bakery woofin,she loves the fresh breath treats & woof you biscuits, still got to put the cupcake baking kit to the test. “Wish I could attach pictures, we have to Winston on Sunday, it’s not Thursday and it’s ripped in a couple of places but all the stuffing has come out which is that wire-y stuffing so easy to choke on!”

Hi Elisa, sorry to hear about this. The product you ordered the toy is a plush toy so they aren't suppose to be tough or durable. If you would like us to send you out an alternate toy in replacement free of charge we would be happy to do this. I will email you now with some alternate toys for replacement.

“Fantastic customer service and the birthday box I ordered was amazing. It made everything very easy for me because I didn’t have to shop around. I got a box full of quality brand name goods for my dog. She went nuts for all of it which made me smile. I will definitely order again as it was excellent value for money. I will be keeping my eye out for the Christmas box.”
