“We bought a ‘build a dog birthday box’ for our puppies 1st birthday and she absolutely loved it! We filled it with all her favourite treats and toys and even added in some birthday hats! We will definitely be ordering again for Christmas! Such an amazing idea and thank you for such quick delivery!”

Hi Belinda, if you reach out to us on a support ticket we can arrange for another cake to be sent out asap or refunded. Thanks for your feedback regarding the box. Our KONG box isn't sold as a tough box, KONG do sell tough toys but additionally sell soft toys as well. We have 2 other boxes for tough chewers, the Tough and The Tuff Dog Birthday box, it sounds like one of these boxes would be more suitable for your dog for furture reference.

“Our wee old poochie, Ollie turned 13 and this is what we got him for his big day. He has really enjoyed all of his toys and treats. His new favourite ball is the rugby ball. He has destroyed anything as yet - which is his usual being a typical Border terrier. Great service, ordered and arrived within two working days. Personalised card and birthday hat. Thank you.”
