“Loved the selection of items to choose from to make up your own box. Our dog, who is 15 years old today absolutely loved what I had bought for him. Thank you for his birthday card you added to the box. I would recommend Postman Pooch to anyone. Delighted, thank you.”

“Nice idea i guess! It looks nice for pictures on your dogs birthday, but that's about it really No clear ingredients on the website, is it for humans or gor dogs ? Tried it and the top bit taste like chocolate Also the main base is very dry Also picture print looks cheap and so thin as barely wet it and you risk ruining it , colors also bland Nice presentation with bones around the cake and the bow don't get me wrong Totally overpriced though Best thing is probably the threats that we got extra , the pooch loved it Again nice for a picture but worthwhile it ?? Probs not But something different i guess”

“Great products and very good service. One item was inadvertently missing from the order, but within 24 hours it had been rectified and sent by 24 hour express delivery. The Xmas Reindeer box is lovely and the products are very good quality - i'm really looking forward to giving this to our friend's pooches for xmas :) Have already recommended the company to friends and family”

“Even though there was an item missing from my order, the customer service was really quick to respond and sent the missing item immediately. I will continue with my subscription and my dog Lucky loves his natural treats”

“It is average, just my dog likes more soft toys that squeak. Not bothered about raggers. You can't specify in subscription boxes. Thankyou though some things my dog liked x”

“I have been trying to get a VAT receipt but the responses from the team have not been helpful as they are expecting me to use the order confirmation as a receipt but as a VAT registered company, you should have your VAt number on the receipt so we are able to claim the VAT back. I am still waiting....”

“Absolutely wonderful cake for my rescue dog - well made, well packaged and clearly tasty as she almost took my fingers off taking it from me!! She also loves her new sock monkey toy - she's taken it everywhere since she was given it! Will definitely be buying again for my other rescue dog when it's her birthday!”

“Excellent!! Received my order very quickly. The content was exactly as described. My 3 month old puppy has loved every treat in the bag so far. But still loads more left to keep her busy. Love that it is all very natural for her. Would 100% recommend to any of my friends who are dog owners!”
