Cake . Covered in fur. Unable to give to my dog. Toys poor quality. Destroyed in half an hour.

Hi Belinda, if you reach out to us on a support ticket we can arrange for another cake to be sent out asap or refunded. Thanks for your feedback regarding the box. Our KONG box isn't sold as a tough box, KONG do sell tough toys but additionally sell soft toys as well. We have 2 other boxes for tough chewers, the Tough and The Tuff Dog Birthday box, it sounds like one of these boxes would be more suitable for your dog for furture reference.

Promised delivery of 2-3 days was not met. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, said that it was only estimated and yet charged me £5 for special delivery. Arrived after my dog's 18th Birthday party and on the day he was put to sleep. Saw the delivery, Evri man threw the parcel at the door. The cake was small which was not an issue but it was dreadfully damaged.(See photos) A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE! When I emailed them after the event, did not contact me. £20 paid and they needed to give me a refund which they refused. Poor customer experience

Parcel never arrived! Got a refund… I’d suggest you change couriers as they lied and said I wasn’t in when I was! Put me off using again sorry…

I was quite disappointed in the item received. It was lopsided, the treats on the side were falling off. Not the quality I expected when I paid £20 for it. However delivery was prompt within a couple of days. Rather than wrapping the outer box in bubble wrap, perhaps bubble wrap the cake inside the box so it’s not loose?

The cake arrived in a timely manner. It was much smaller than it looked on the website and the card was a waste of time. When I removed the cake from the box, most of the edging biscuits (dog bones) fell off. The card went straight in the bin, followed by the cake shortly afterwards as the dog refused to eat it. All i all it was a complete waste of money. when i mentioned to the company that I was underwhelmed they tole md I should have paid more attention to the description - I guess I should have! The cake was tiny!

I did not receive the cake I ordered as I ordered a picture cake and got no picture, and also came late too and wrote a email to them and had no response

Very disappointed with this. Not what I expected and didn't even fit through the letter. Far better companies out there that I will be using in the future.

EDIT- They told me to write a review and I’d get a voucher off my next purchase a week later and a follow up email and nothing, this is a real shame as I now won’t be using them again. There’s other companies out there that offer the same products who don’t promise money off etc for reviews and then you don’t receive anything.

I ordered a birthday box for my dog's first birthday on the 15th Nov. My dogs' birthday was on the 1st December - I still haven't received the package. Contacted the company who provided a lot of excuses instead of apologising. I'm still waiting for the package (which I intend on returning as its too late) and for the customer support team to contact me. I like to support small independent companies but I do not recommend this company - I will use Amazon next time.

Hi Beth, really sorry to hear you haven't received your order. On looking at our system your order was posted with Royal Mail on 1st October. I've checked our support system and we haven't received any email from you unless you have sent it to a different email address. On the order confirmation email you will have had a note at the bottom to raise any issues with orders to the following email address support@postmanpooch.zendesk.com this would raise a case in our ticket support system and any problems would be dealt with straight away. Second time using postman Pooch and disappointed ,only part of order delivered ( but charged full order ) Poor email response to query re non delivery of an item ,suggesting Royal Mail at fault and maybe I should track down my parcel ,this was suggested without any confirmation from yourselves that it had actually been despatched !! Poor customer service aftercare that needs improving ,either refund the money or at very least confirm the other part of the order was actually sent

Hi Sarah, thanks for your review. The scarfs that we sell are made by another company and they send these directly from their depot. So I can only apologise the scarf hasn't arrived yet, however you have received the box that comes directly from us as it was sent the day you ordered it. I can confirm as I did over email that scarf is in the post. We have had lots of parcels delayed and go missing so far this year, and Royal Mail is who we use to send our parcels so unfortunately once they leave our depot it is out of our control. As stated in my reply over email at 9.26am this morning I am chasing this up today to find out where it is and get the tracking info for your parcel which I will email you very shortly. Wish I could attach pictures, we have to Winston on Sunday, it’s not Thursday and it’s ripped in a couple of places but all the stuffing has come out which is that wire-y stuffing so easy to choke on!

Hi Elisa, sorry to hear about this. The product you ordered the toy is a plush toy so they aren't suppose to be tough or durable. If you would like us to send you out an alternate toy in replacement free of charge we would be happy to do this. I will email you now with some alternate toys for replacement.
