“The boxes themselves are great and I've been buying them for nearly a year. But they've recently had a website change of some sort and I've been told that my payment details have been rejected. I also can't now log in to the website (my account just says that there have never been any orders) and the support hasn't been any help at all. Unfortunately they now seem to be ignoring me, so I'm looking elsewhere for treats for my dog. Shame really....”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your patience while we’ve been working on resolving this issue. We’ve been in touch with the company that manages the app for our subscriptions to understand why your subscription wasn’t appearing in your account. It turns out that your subscription on our previous site had a “pending” status due to failed orders. As a result, when we transitioned to the new system, your subscription wasn’t carried over since it wasn’t active at the time. However, your account details were successfully transferred. “My doggy loved his birthday box, full of tasty treats and kong balls, although he's destroyed the indestructible kong balls, riped the felt off but that's more on kong 🤣. Plenty gifts in the box and it made him so excited opening it. Nice touch with the handwritten birthday card and cake. Will be back for Christmas treats for him. Love what postman pooch is doing 👌”

“This is a brilliant service! My dog’s best doggie friend got in an accident (luckily not badly hurt) and I came across Postman Pooch when looking for a way to send them get well wishes. I was really impressed with how reasonable the price was, and it was delivered very promptly. The doggie recipient was very happy with her gifts (especially the Dogritos), and her pawrents were also really touched by the thought - so happy customers all round!”
