“Wow..the cutest website for dog gift!! It'sso easy to buy a human a gift but there isn't that much around for dog- look no further than Postman Pooch!! The website gave me plenty of options! Postman Pooch is fabulous with a wide range of gifts and price points. Every dogs whim is catered for. It was a surprise box of treats and a toy and went down an absolute treat. Everything is effortless from ordering to despatch through to delivery. Thank you so much Postman Pooch will be back for more soon!!”

“Fantastic box of presents and treats for our puppies 1st Birthday. Everything included was such good quality and he loved everything especially the birthday bear! I was very impressed how quickly it arrived too. Thank you Postman Pooch we will definitely order from you again and would recommend you to family and friends.”

On reviewing our cake product page I can see the very first bit of information we provide is the size of the cake so we've been transparent about this before you've purchase. To avoid disappointment next time read the product description prior to ordering as we always try to provide sizes where necessary, or alternatively reach out to us on phone or our support email before ordering and we can help you with any additional questions you might have.

“The items I bought for my daughter’s dog were really excellent quality and she really loves them. She also really loved the pigs in blankets dog treats too - the dog not my daughter! They arrived well packaged in a lovely box. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I will be buying from them again.”

“Sadly, so disappointing. Ordered these cupcakes on the Friday 9th Dec for Ralph’s 1st Birthday on 14 th Dec but a no show even though we paid for 48 hr delivery. Finally turned up on 17 th, no good then.Went in the bin.Waste of money.”

Hi Helen, thanks for your feedback, we did make it very clear on the website and in your first order email that there may be delays with parcels arriving due to Royal Mail strikes, so it is a bit unfair to leave us a 1 star review based on this when we've tried our best to make it clear there may be delays due to strikes.
