“Easy to use and order on the site. This next comment may be wholly due to the issues around Covid 19. This was bought for a Birthday but sadly did not arrive until the day after. I'm sure it was just the postal service being delayed. Otherwise all was good. Thank you. I will use the service delivery again in the future.”

“Very pleased with the box presentation. Beautifully packaged. The matchbox idea is lovely, I have completed one of the rainbow cross-stitch patterns, two more are for presents and a special birthday with felt heart and candle is waiting to be sent for another little present.”

“Fantastic company. Lovely products. There was a delay in the recipient receiving due to Covid-19 Royal Mail backlog, I did raise this as an enquiry but did not receive a reply although the answer was then found on the website.”
