“Fantastic company. Lovely products. There was a delay in the recipient receiving due to Covid-19 Royal Mail backlog, I did raise this as an enquiry but did not receive a reply although the answer was then found on the website.”

“This is an outstanding company for customer service and responsiveness! I ordered as I was looking for a present for someone overseas. The selection of presents available was interesting and different from other sites/shops. Unfortunately I used an incorrect delivery address and the lovely team helped me to resolve the issue. I will definitely be using this site again.”
