“Item was a birthday gift and recipient was delighted. Clear and efficient ordering process. It's such a comfort in these difficult times to be able to select a lovely gift, know it will be beautifully giftwrapped and will have a personalised card, and have it delivered in good time for a special day. “This is an outstanding company for customer service and responsiveness! I ordered as I was looking for a present for someone overseas. The selection of presents available was interesting and different from other sites/shops. Unfortunately I used an incorrect delivery address and the lovely team helped me to resolve the issue. I will definitely be using this site again.”
