“The items I ordered were gifts, so I have no idea how they tasted, however the recipients were delighted with them. Delivery was well within expected time scales.”

“I was super excited to find a company that would send gifts overseas. I sent a box to Spain and unfortunately it got caught in customs for a few days, so took a week to arrive - but what was frustrating was that the sender was listed as Derek and my gift card wasn't included... so the person that I sent it to, had no idea who it was from... It really took the joy away from giving the gift.”

Hi Edwina. Thank you for your review, I hope the recipient liked their gift! Your order was placed on a Saturday and sent out first thing on the Monday morning (asap). The tracking shows it arrived on the Wednesday morning which is 2 working days. I am sorry it wasn't faster, First Class deiveries are estimated to take 1-2 working days and usually more than 95% arrive in just one. Staff shortages at the Royal Mail mean that we are seeing more gifts take the 2 days of the estimate than we did before. I hope this didn't ruin the sentiment of the gift - if we could have got it there any faster we would have but luckily it was still within the estimate! Best wishes, Liza

“Generally a really good experience although there's an option to give a date you want delivery by and despite setting it to the day before my neice's birthday it was sent out the day of her birthday. Not sure if I messed that up or didn't understand, but I'd just deliver straight away next time and warn the person not to open it early!”
