“Unfortunately the gift I ordered arrived a week late. The company were very prompt in responding to enquiries about this, but were in the hands of the Royal Mail so could do nothing about it. If you are ordering, I'd make sure you add an extra 5-6 working days to your chosen delivery day!”

“I placed an order for my fathers 78th Birthday present. He is self isolating and wasn’t going to get any presents. I thought it would be perfect. However all he received was a card from Royal Mail saying it is too big to fit through the letter box (Which is standard size). So he doesn’t have a present and has no means of collecting it. He lives in wales and I live in England. I cannot go and get it for him. This order has been a complete waste of time and money and instead of being a nice surprise has caused my poor old Dad a lot of stress and upset. Definitely would not recommend or use again.”

“I'm cocooning at the moment and the gift I sent was to my daughter for her birthday, as I can't go out to choose a gift as I normally would. It was a small mystery box and she loved it! She got chocolate, wine gums and fridge magnets. Unfortunately, due the current situation I'm sure, as it shipped immediately, it took a bit longer to arrive. Would order again.”

“I loved the idea of Postboxed as soon as I found it – I love sending people little gifts in the post, but live in the middle of nowhere, so this is the perfect solution! The delivery address auto-populated with my own address and I didn't spot it before hitting 'confirm' but a quick email and it was sorted without any delay to the gift going out. I was super grateful and my nephews declared their box the "best Easter present ever"! Thank you!”
