“The reason I booked with PostBoxed was because the website allowed me to choose a fixed day for delivery. I was buying a gift for my brother-in- law whose own family are terrible at remembering birthdays so I wanted to be sure he had at least one gift on the day. Was so disappointed when it didn’t arrive - and even more disappointed when I emailed Postbox to tell them this and got no response. The present eventually arrived, three days late, by when the element of surprise was over. What a shame and a waste of money”

Hi Emma, thank you for your review and I am sorry your gift was late. The Royal Mail are experiencing problems in a few areas and I apologise that this meant your gift was a little late. We always reply to customer emails but didn't get one from you so had no idea your order was late. I hope the recipient liked their gift despite it being late and that it wasn't a total waste of money as you say. Best wishes, Liza

“Postboxed is a fantastic Company with lovely goods. I Ordered around 2 weeks in advance of needing gift delivered. Gift was delivered on time with no problems. Gifts were well received. I am a very happy customer, thank you Postboxed :-)”
