“My girlfriend really loved the matchbox full of red roses. In fact, I think I got more Brownie Points sending titchy roses rather than the real thing because it looked as if I'd put more thought into it. Quite right, I had put more thought into it because I love her. Mundane stuff like them arriving on time and looking good also gets a big tick too!”

“the chocolates were dispatched in good time and were well received. However, somehow the message I typed in the order form was not transmitted which led to much bemusement on the recipient's part. However, the company cooperated on sorting it out.”

“Having received my own Postboxed matchbox Birthday flowers sent to me by my Mum, I sent a Postboxed Birthday matchbox to my daughter for her 23rd Birthday to cheer her up whilst in lockdown. She has been unable to see us for over 8 months now, and has been getting quite low living in shared accommodation and away from her family. She was absolutely delighted with it, and felt it was a really special gifts in such horrible times!”

“My experience can only be measured by the reaction of the recipient. I ordered a scarf for a friends birthday to be sent direct. She rang to say she was over the moon and adored her lovely white scarf!!! Enough said!”

“Well one of the owners Kate who I had emailed Isaid I had received the gift and had no idea who it was from, and I felt although a nice idea and very thoughtful of whoever sent it, I found the idea of not being able to thank someone for this was important to me, I got the feeling this was a bit of a bother to her to do this, so not much customer service.. However they did not follow up their promise to come back to me and I am still waiting.!! Although the gift of a bar of chocolate, a little box with a fox in, a pair of socks was very expensive for what it was, although the person ordering this for me was being very thoughtful and very generous.”
