“I loved this website. I bought my friend a thinking of you box with the cutest little bunch of flowers in. She was so pleased with it and was just a lovely little touch. Will definitely be using this website again. The seller was most kind too as I put the wrong letter in the postcode and they quickly changed it for me with no hassle. Thank you again.”

“Lovely present. But ensure you very carefully check the site doesn't delete your gift note. The present delivered but no gift note was included so my friend had no idea it was from me =(”

“Tiny bit disappointed with my purchase. It arrived quickly but the packaging was a slightly odd shape and had been squashed a bit in the postal process, the irony of which was that the postman obviously couldn't get it through the letterbox as he took it back to the sorting office where I had to collect it from! The items inside the package had been wrapped in tissue and secured with Postboxed sticky labels which is lovely, but it is a gift for someone and I want to look at it first before I give it to them to make sure it's what I expected which means I've had to unwrap them all which is a shame. Other than that, happy with my purchase.”

“Ordered a luxury surprise box very last minuet for a friend who has everything! The box arrived on her birthday ( was pleasantly surprised by this). She loved the contents and thought it was a great idea - although I still have no idea what was in it!”

Thank you for your review. We always reply to emails, usually within a couple of hours if they are written during working hours. You sent us one email on Friday afternoon and then, less than 2 hours later (before we had a chance to reply), you sent another one saying the following: 'Sorry, please ignore previous emails. I had to ask my daughter and she received the order' We therefore did as asked and didn't reply. I am sorry you had to ask your daughter, we cannot track everything as it defeats the purpose of having the letterbox delivery. We do have a tracked option for gifts leaving the UK. I am glad the gift made it and I hope your daughter liked her gift! Best wishes, Liza

“Whilst all the contents of the box were lovely and good quality, the card was missing! Which then involved a few awkward text messages from the receiver trying to establish who had sent it and then from myself a little put out as if had no acknowledgement!”
