“Unfortunately the gift was not received as person was not home to receive. So was sent to post office. I was under the impression that the product would literally be posted through the letter box?”

“The message I wrote wasn't delivered with the gifts. I'm 100% sure I filled out the part of the form asking for a message to accompany the gifts. When I wrote and complained afterwards the person who replied was adamant it wasn't their fault.”

Our system is completely automated and shows no gift added to the order - so something must have gone wrong with the system and we will certainly look into it.
