“I ordered a birthday gift for my friend, already with an extended delivery time I thought it was sure to arrive in time. However more than 1 week later it still hasn't arrived. I'm very dissatisfied, my money has been spent and the gift is yet to arrive.”

“Beautifully wrapped but the mystery box ended up being a bit of a fancy cracker- keyring, bookmark, handkerchief and socks. The socks are usable but the rest aren’t exactly appropriate for the age of the man I bought this for.”
