“Really good service all round - easy to chose on website; well packaged and receiver delighted with present. My only observation was that it took longer to deliver than the website indicated - appreciate you are working to Royal Mail constraints but this gift took 3/4 days. Will remember to order sooner next time! Also, there was no message with the present and although I remember writing one it might be that I forgot to press the right button!”

“For us, living in the Netherlands with many relatives in the UK, Postboxed was a great find. It is easy to use, has a nice selection of gifts and the added bonus that the boxes fit through the letterbox is very nice.”

“I really loved your site and the unusual items, my only negative comment is the way "send to name & address" and "sent from name & address" is recorded. i.e. this email sent to me is asking Paul Armstrong to make the review, whereas he was the recipient of my gift. Linda Harman is replying not Paul Armstrong....it's actually quite annoying as I have to submit this as Anonymous!!”

“My gift arrived in time for the birthday. It is lovely to be able to choose small gifts, write a personal note and know it will be delivered through the letterbox to a loved one. They were surprised and thrilled because it was unexpected and personal to them. Highly recommend, and I will use again.”
