“Bought as a gift for a friend with covid. Well selected, fun, unique items at a good price point. Delivery wasn't the quickest but was just before Xmas.”

“The Birthday gift box was particularly well received by my daughter. She loved the toast your own mini marshmallows. My only disappointment was that it wasn't delivered on her Birthday as requested but 4 days early.”

“I ordered a letterbox Christmas delivery for boxing day. Paid extra for postage to the Netherlands No tracking number No reply to my email No delivery Just a message asking for a review. Very disappointed and disappointing for the recipient.”

“Really cute little matchboxes and perfect for home-make cracker fillers, especially when you add in the games pack into the mix. Really good quality and a lot of thought has gone into making these really cute. They were dispatched really quickly and arrived really nicely packaged. 10/10 can't fault it.”

“I'm nit sure what happened to my order. I couldn't track its delivery details due to some problem with the royal mail. If you could find out if it ever arrived I would be grateful as it's all a bit of a mystery.”

“I purchased 3 items. I haven’t heard if 2 have arrived yet.? But the one that did arrive ( a pair of warm socks) was delivered to my friend in Northumberland. She had been without electricity after a storm for 9 days, so was very glad to receive a positive gift from you”

“The present was lovely and well received, but for some reason it wasn't delivered through the postbox and left a card? The whole point was so that the recipient didn't need to be in!!”

“I believe the quality of the chocolate is good. However it was not delivered on my selected date, when I emailed to enquire the customer service team were vague and not helpful. Doesn’t fill me with confidence to order with them again, especially for a premium brand. I would expect more.”
