“Unhappy with this service. The postage was extremely delayed and the instructions were missing from one of the items within the box. Wouldn't order from here again.”

Hi Jade, thank you for your review! there are no notes with individual items. Each gift box is sent with the gift note you write on your shopping cart page so there would have only been one note with your one order. I am sorry about the postage. Delivery outside the UK is seeing delays for some orders at the moment because of staff shortages from the current situation. We have warnings for this but can understand it is still disappointing. “Excellent experience in the past. However my recent order did not arrive for two weeks after payment was made. The lovely people at Postboxed kindly looked into this and found the delay to be with a Royal Mail backlog. Thankfully the item has now arrived and the recipient is delighted.”

“Responded very quickly when I was having issues finding an address for Spain to send a gift for my daughter who was on holiday. I was able to track my gift via their order reference which was brilliant. All gifts arrived beautifully package and are as shown on the site. My daughter loved them all.”

“I ordered on a Monday evening to cheer up my friend who was having a bad time, it said on the website it would be delivered on the Wednesday and quoted the exact date. It didn’t arrive until the Friday, which for me would have been too long and I wish I’d ordered flowers instead. When contacted, they blamed Royal Mail for the delay but they hadn’t sent any dispatch notification. Moonpig use Royal Mail and without fail their items arrive as expected. I believe dispatch was likely not efficiently handled. Order with caution, if timing isn’t an issue then go for it.”

Hi Zoe, Thank you for your review! Your gift was sent out as soon as possible (the morning after the order was placed). I am sorry it took so long. The Royal Mail are experiencing delays in certain areas because of staff shortages. I can't say how Moonpig are running but they have the same warnings as us about delays on their website so I assume they are also experiencing the same problems. Luckily, this is only affecting a small proportion of our orders. I hope your friend was cheered up by their gift despite it arriving later than expected! Best wishes, Liza

“First time I have used Postboxed. Excellent selection of gifts, and promt and professional response to my query regarding delivery. I would recommend the addition of an on-line post office tracking facility for customers to track their order would be most helpful. And is the only reason I didn’t score 5/5.”
