“Well one of the owners Kate who I had emailed Isaid I had received the gift and had no idea who it was from, and I felt although a nice idea and very thoughtful of whoever sent it, I found the idea of not being able to thank someone for this was important to me, I got the feeling this was a bit of a bother to her to do this, so not much customer service.. However they did not follow up their promise to come back to me and I am still waiting.!! Although the gift of a bar of chocolate, a little box with a fox in, a pair of socks was very expensive for what it was, although the person ordering this for me was being very thoughtful and very generous.”

“I ordered the Save the Bees Gift Box for a birthday present for a friend recently. She was really so impressed with it and the thought behind it that I am going to order another one for another friend, who I think will equally enjoy receiving it. Postboxed is such a clever idea, especially when it is so hard to shop at the moment, I am very happy with the service and the thought that has gone into creating the Save the Bees box, which is a cause I am very keen to support. I will be ordering more gifts from Postboxed in the future.”

“I would have given 5 stars if the present had arrived on the chosen day ,but arrived 2 days late for my friends birthday .But she was very pleased with the quality of the candles and the way they was gift wrapped and labeled so would order again ,but would maybe choose a date a couple of days before required as then would arrive in time”

“Arrived on time, beautiful little box and lovely variety of little goodies. My siblings loved receiving these boxes in the post as a little surprise lockdown treat to keep them going and it was so easy for me to send to them despite us all being in different parts of the UK! Would recommend :)”
